Many thanks to Bernie Lehosit and Carmen Romano for spearheading the help in the kitchen. We have now catered several council events, including the elimination dinner and will be fixing the food for the Memorial Mass. A new stove and other equipment have been purchased for the kitchen. With catering the events ourselves, we have saved enough money already to pay for the stove and equipment.
We are asking for volunteers and assistance to help us in the kitchen.  We are now catering our

own dinners and activities at the Hall, and we always encourage input from the members. Call Bernie Lehosit or Jimmy Gemondo for more info or to offer a helping hand.
A New Nativity Scene
is being sponsored by Council 872 and will be unveiled in a solemn ceremony to be held on Tuesday, December 4th. The Nativity scene is being constructed by Brother Ed Mayfield's nephew and will be displayed on the grounds of Immaculate Conception Church.

The 24 hour Knight
Membership Director-Bob Angotti

Hello brother Knights. When it comes to membership we are all involved in the recruitment of prospective men to become fellow brother Knights. Most of the time we hear " I don't have time." If you can devote 24 hours a year to your council then you do have time. Here are some ideas we can relay to potential members.

12 hours reading state and local newsletters, the Columbia magazine and surfing the state and Supreme Council Web sites.

2 hours a year volunteering at the Council's Tootsie roll dnve for people with intelectua! disabilities.
4 hours a year attending several council - -meetings-. He may even eeme beck for more.
8 hours attending social functions with the entire family such as a dinner or picnic.

There are many other that he may be interested in. This is a guideline to ensure the men that there are several cirerer.: interests they can become involved with. If you have any questions I can be reached at 641-1425. You can also e-mail me at raangotti@aol.com. Thank you, and recruit a new Knight!

Congratulations (again)
to Joseph A. Tiano for being the Top Proposer of the Year in WV. Brother Babe is now SIXTH highest proposer in the ORDER with 436 new members.   That is great, but Babe wants to slow down a little bit and play some more golf, so we need to help him recruit new members.

We have once again been given the opportunity to assist Joshua Stevens, a Seminarian studying for the Priesthood. Joshua is from Inwood, WT. and is entering his Third Year of Theology in Rome. Please pray for him in your daily prayers.
